Client’s personal injury case was previously handled by a different attorney. The initial offer was $6,000 to settle. After our office finished, our client’s settlement was over $40,000.

We handled a divorce for a petitioner whose husband was cheating on her. She was awarded about 90% of all of the property, child support, spousal maintenance and a $100,000 judgment against her husband’s business.

A homebuyer was misled by sellers when purchasing a home valued for just over $60,000. Sellers did not disclose prior problems and modifications. Resulting settlement of $45,000.

In another case a home builder was required to pay our client $22,000 for repairs in defective workmanship.

In a contested probate case our client was granted by a jury the probate of his mother’s will and was awarded all property in the estate pursuant to the will.
We won a deceptive trade act case with a $23,000 judgment awarded. Case revolved around a car part valued at $1,500.

We have received many accolades from respected legal figures, including Federal Judge Orlando Garcia, who said one of our office’s filings was one of the best written motions he had even seen. (Transcript may be viewed upon request.)

Our firm also obtained a restraining order against a large bank, which was one of the first “robo-signer” restraining orders in Bexar County. This win made the front page of the express news. (Article available for reading below).
